Working Groups

There are 3 Working Groups appointed by the Core Steering Group to manage aspects of the project.

The Quality Work Group (QWG) aims to ensure best delivery of service.

The Finance Work Group (FWG) aims to monitor and optimise project expenditure.

The Communications Work Group (CWG) aims to ensure effective internal and external communications about the work of the project.
