Project Structure The project is ultimately directed by a Core Steering Group (CSG) of representatives of referring agencies, regional and local partners. Local Steering Groups exist in Caithness, Sutherland, Ross & Cromarty, Skye and Lochalsh and Inverness. The Project is managed by Highland Opportunity Limited (HOL), the Highland Council's Enterprise Trust. Follow the link below for more about these groups.
